Whoever Laura from customer services is- well she is amazing and deserves so much praise! I had to leave a review. My daughter is so sick and I called and had all these questions first thing in the morning about nebulizers and jumbos doesn’t even sell them yet she took the time to inform me of how and where I could get one from her own personal experience, and she was so kind while she did. I hope everyone has the opportunity to experience the kind of customer service she provided me with. Thank you so much, Laura! 🩷

I had a very good experience here. A young man named Jimmy helped me a lot. He helped me find there groceries I needed help with. He was very kind. He also bagged my groceries very fast. I hope other employees be like this young man. He really makes me love shopping at Jumbos.

AMAZING customer service! Jumbos catered my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary party. We needed to wait for a specific person to ask questions about and place our order. Not only was the catering person super helpful, but THREE other deli workers tried to help us while we waited. I've always had great experiences here... but this pushed me to leave them a GREAT review!

Great place for shopping but I highly recommend not eating the salad bar in the evening for dinner. They leave it out all day and my husband and I got food poisoning

Great grocery store. Definitely shop the sales and make alternate plans for getting any organic produce since they overcharge for organic options. That being said it's amazing to have a local grocery store. I try to shop here for as much as I can to support a local store. My budget doesn't allow for me to buy everything here but I enjoy shopping here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mostly high school kids but they do a good job training them. The highlights are locally sourced low-pasturization milk, large fresh deli, gorgeous floral department, eatery inside the store for hot lunch or salad bar, drive up grocery loading for the elderly or mother to many littles, locally produced granola, clean restrooms, pharmacy and full bakery. Cakes, pies, fudge, cookies and even hot pizza can be purchased fresh from the bakery. Overall a wonderful grocery store that I'm thankful Enid has!

This jumbos made my night better! There was a mix up and the misplaced my order and I had to wait while they had their online shoppers shop for my order. The nice man came out and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience and wait! ❤️
